Seriously.
Check your camera roll or downloads folder — I guarantee there are 10 screenshots you meant to delete. 😅

Clearing these out instantly clears mental space too.
No fancy software. Just you, a few clicks, and a deep exhale.


4. ⏱️ Schedule a Weekly “Digital Reset”

Put it on your calendar — 15 minutes, once a week.
During this time, you can:

Use a simple naming format like:
[ClientName_ProjectName_Date] or [Topic_Type_Version]

This makes searching, sharing, and sorting 100x easier — even months later.
